How can I track the status of my order?

What is your return policy for beauty and apothecary products?
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are C.O. Bigelow products tested on animals?
No. C.O. Bigelow is committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others.
Do you offer international shipping?
