Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is securely protected, and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our Greenwich Village apothecary headquarters using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
